Yoga and Mindfulness

To all Acadia Ed students,

Come on out for a 4 week yoga and mindfulness workshop facilitated by Jen Dodge (200hr registered yoga teacher). Come join your peers for an hour of yoga, combined with a mindful activity. This is an all levels class that is by donation. All donations will go to the Acadia Education Society to help support future events for students!

This workshop will explore the foundations of yoga, the postures (asana) and pranayama (the breath) and help give students a foundation of self care to use as we go forward in our practicums. It is also a lovely opportunity to come together with your fellow students and help support one another as we finish our semester!
